Brookside Cares Community Program

At Brookside Heating & Cooling, we believe every family deserves to feel safe, comfortable, and confident in their home. A cozy living room in the winter, cool air in the summer, and systems that simply work. That is what every home should have. But we also know that life does not always go according to plan. Unexpected challenges can hit hard, and suddenly essential home repairs become overwhelming or out of reach. That is exactly why we created Brookside Cares, our way of stepping up for the community we love. It reflects our guiding motto: Care, Comfort, and Community.

We care deeply about the people we serve, we work to restore comfort in their homes, and we remain committed to uplifting the community around us.

Brookside Cares was inspired by the late Steve Stephenson, a man with a huge heart and an even bigger passion for the skilled trades. Steve believed deeply in helping others and spent his life encouraging younger generations to see the trades as a meaningful and rewarding career path. His enthusiasm was contagious, and his legacy continues to motivate us to do more, give more, and support more. Brookside Cares is our promise to carry Steve’s spirit forward by helping families stay safe and comfortable in their homes and by shining a brighter spotlight on the importance of the trades and the people who keep our community running.

How Brookside Cares Supports the Community

We created this program to bring real, meaningful help to neighbors who need it most—because comfort should never be out of reach.

Know someone going through a tough time? A family struggling with a failing furnace, an elderly neighbor with no AC, or someone who could simply use a helping hand? Share their story with us. Each season, we select community nominations to receive complimentary heating or cooling repairs, safety checks, or equipment replacements when possible.
